Doze pessoas morreram e pelo menos 10 ficaram gravemente feridas no acidente de um autocarro durante a noite numa autoestrada da Hungria, informou este domingo o primeiro-ministro húngaro, Péter Magyar, nas redes sociais.
Twelve people lost their lives and at least ten were seriously injured overnight when a bus carrying Polish tourists overturned and went off the road into a ditch on the M3 motorway. My sincere condolences to the families of the victims.

Segundo um comunicado da polícia húngara, citado pelas agências de notícias internacionais, o autocarro, de matrícula polaca, tombou pela 01h (menos uma hora em Portugal continental) na autoestrada M3, a cerca de 140 quilómetros a este da capital, Budapeste.
As autoridades acreditam que o acidente aconteceu depois de o motorista ter adormecido.
